4. Take Your Body With You
We are just shy of two weeks into 2021. The habits and routines that many of us committed to at the start of the year are either beginning to bear fruit, evolve into new ways of living, or slipping away into obscurity.
This week I share about my own personal ongoing routine development journey that has helped make this year amazing so far and the ways I stay committed and accountable to the process. I also share a personal story about my inner guidance helping me to balance my mind, body, and spirit pillars in a practical and applicable way, after slipping a little off track.
